Bomb reports in more than 100 schools across Serbia

Reports of the planted electronic device reached the e-mail addresses of several primary and secondary schools in Serbia, the relevant Ministry of Education announced.

"Reports arrived at the e-mail addresses of 134 primary schools on the territory of the Novi Sad School Administration, as well as in some schools in Pirot, Nis, Babusnica, Vlasotince, Lebanon and Kursumlija," the statement reads.

In order to ensure the safety of the students, the schools informed the Ministry of the Interior about the threat and the teams of the Ministry of the Interior are on the ground, it is added. 

"Until the end of the examination classes will be held online and students will be returned to the benches after confirmation that it is safe. Schools will inform students and their parents about regular ways of organizing classes and returning to direct classes through regular communication channels," the Serbian Ministry of Education said.
