SCIENTISTS WROTE WHO

Revise the measures, the virus is also transmitted through the air

The World Health Organization (WHO) is auditing a report asking them to update their guidelines for fighting the corona virus, after more than 200 scientists in a letter to the agency provided evidence that the virus can spread by airin small particles.

The WHO said that the virus primarily spreads through small drops thrown out of the nose and mouth of an infected person, which fall to the ground very quickly.

However, in an open letter to the WHO which was published today in the journal "Clinical Infectious Diseases", 239 scientists from 32 countries point to evidence that floating virus particles can infect a person who inhales them.

Since these small particles can float in the air, scientists are asking the WHO to update its guidelines.
