SAVOVIC
There are several possible models of teaching
The president of the City Board of the Education Union, Slobodan Savovic, said that in the conditions of a pandemic, we must not pretend that the situation is regular, and that it would be best if classes were held in classrooms for 45 minutes. It is obvious, he believes, that the whole school year will pass with shortened classes.
He said in the TVCG morning program that, unfortunately, their fear that this school year was more or less called into question with the postponement of the beginning in September, will come true.
"At the beginning of the second half of the year, our assessment is, thanks to the extraordinary efforts of educators, who, without asking about the conditions under which they work, exposing themselves to health risk, achieved all set goals and successfully completed the semester," Savovic said.
And at the beginning of this semester, as he said, they have the same requirements that they set for the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports.
It is known, he says, that several models of organizing classes have been sent to school administrations.
"It should be borne in mind that there are schools in Montenegro with a smaller number of students, and it is good that those schools will be able to teach freely. But, for other schools, there are two models in circulation. One is to teach under strict supervision and to organize the work in two groups on the same day.The second model is that again the classes are divided into groups, but classes would be held on a weekly basis. One group would go to school one week and the other groupwould go next week "Savovic said.
