Congratulations to Djukanovic from Macron, Radev, Johanis

President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic is still receiving numerous congratulations from top officials on the occasion of July 13th - Statehood Day of Montenegro. Among others, President of the Republic of France, Emmanuel Macron, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, President of Romania Klaus Werner Iohannis, President of India, RamNathKovind sent their congratulation letters.

In the congratulations of the President of the Republic of France, Emmanuel Macron, it is stated that friendly ties between our two countries, the allies within the Atlantic Alliance, must lead us to joint action in the service of the security and stability of our continent.
“In the framework of the French strategy for the Balkans, which I presented at the Berlin summit on April 29 this year, France is re-engaging in the Balkans to contribute to stability, economic and social development and the rule of law. In this context, we intend to strengthen our bilateral relations." the congratulation letter states.
Macron emphasizes that France supports the European perspective of Montenegro.
"As you know, membership negotiations represent a demanding process that entails full respect for the set criteria. You can count on our full support for the efforts you are making, paying particular attention to the effective and concrete implementation of reforms in the area of strengthening the rule of law and freedom of expression that form the essence of the European project. " Macron said.

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev said in his congratulations: "The traditionally good relations between our countries and nations are the foundation of my deep conviction that our future cooperation will develop in the ascending way, in a spirit of friendship and benevolence.

Bulgarian President in his congratulations assesses that Montenegro has made visible progress on the path to EU integration, in the same time convincing president Djukanovic that the Republic of Bulgaria “as a true friend of your country, will continue to help and share its experiences in order to successfully complete the negotiations in the shortest possible time”.

“Your country has proven that its Euro-Atlantic membership is a success not only for it, given that it contributes to strengthening stability and security in Southeast Europe, it is a success for the entire region. I am convinced that, as partners within NATO, our countries will upgrade and enrich excellent bilateral relations in the spirit of common Euro-Atlantic and European values. "Radev said.
