KUKALJ SAID

Most of the tourist visiting Bar come from Serbia

About 4,000 guests from Serbia currently sojourn in the city of Bar, and this number will increase in the coming period, the Director of the Bar Tourist Organization Emil Kukalj said.

He said that guests from Serbia are the most numerous tourists, that they know the destination better than others, and that they are constantly returning. The focus of their interest is on the coastal part of the municipality, its beaches and passive holidays, although there is increased interest for the lake also, Kukalj told Tanjug agency.

"We noticed that all the tourists visit the lake, to cruise the lake and taste products of that region, and also to tour the wine routes. So, we really have a growth trend when it comes to Skadar Lake. In any case, the majority of guests from Serbia prefer passive holidays on our numerous beaches that offer a quality holiday during the summer, both for tourists and for their families, "said Kukalj.

Apart from guests from Serbia, Kukalj said, there are numerous guests from the countries of the region, primarily BiH, as well as guests from the countries of the former Soviet Union and EU countries.
