Dikic feeling sick, trial postponed

The Trial Chamber of the High Court ruled on the detention of Milos Jovanovic, accused of attempting terrorism during the election day last year. A decision was taken to separate the proceedings against Jovanovic, who did not appear in the courtroom today. Kristina Hristic and Branka Milic, who denied the criminal offenses, presented their defense today.

Due to the health condition of Bratislav Dikic, the trial was interrupted and will resume tomorrow at nine o'clock.

The defense lawyer's request had been filed earlier today to separate the proceedings against Dikic. The trial chamber ordered medical treatment for the defendant Dikic and a motion for his provisional release was rejected.

Earlier today, the defendant Kristina Hristic denied the criminal offense she was charged with. The same was also announced by the accused Branka Milic, who claimed that process was mounted, with the aim of Montenegro's accession to NATO. She also claimed, regardless of being NATO opponent, that she came to Montenegro as a guest.
