Slovakia quality partner of Montenegro

Ambassador of Slovakia to Montenegro, Mr Roman Hloben said that his country supports foreign policy goals of Montenegro.

Hloben held talks with Director General for Defense Policy, Ivica Ivanovic.
"Ambassador Hloben praised Montenegro's outstanding achievements in Euro-Atlantic integration, pointing out that his country strongly supports Montenegrin foreign policy goals and will continue to be a good partner to the Defense Ministry and the Army of Montenegro in all fields of cooperation," the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

Ivanovic informed the Ambassador about Montenegro's progress in realization of its development priorities as well as about foreign and regional policy.

"The officials agreed that exchange of experiences in the field of NATO integration is of great importance to Montenegro. Ivanovic thanked for the support that the SlovakRepublic provides to Montenegro in the training of Ministry of Defense and the Army of Montenegro staff. Ambassador Hloben stressed his belief that further cooperation of two countries in the field of defense would be significantly strengthened, which has been also indicated by the forthcoming visit of the Slovak Minister of Defense to Montenegro as future member of the NATO alliance ", the Ministry of Defense said.
