VUJANOVIC IN SARAJEVO

Relations between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina are positive example for the region

The agreement on the state border concluded between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina indicates that a sensitive issue in the area of the former Yugoslavia can be solved in good neighborly and quality communication, said President Filip Vujanovic.

Ending official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, he said that the relations between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the sensitive circumstances in the region, could be a good example.

"We were able to complete the most important international agreements for the development of our relations in all fields. We always especially emphasize the agreement on the state border, which indicates that a sensitive issue in the area of the former Yugoslavia can be solved in a good neighborly and quality communication, as well as a number of contracts of which is very important the last agreement on cooperation in the field of European integration, which allows achieving greater partnership in the European integration process through the exchange of experiences," Vujanovic told reporters in Sarajevo.

He added that he "carried" a very positive impression of the meeting with members of the Presidency which, he said, were without a doubt committed to European integration and which, in this process, certainly could build a maximum of good relations within Bosnia - affirming sovereignty of BiH, but also the equal rights of three constitutive nationd and equality of the two entities.

"I want to express my satisfaction with the meeting of the Collegium of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina and particularly with the meeting with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers Mr. Denis Zvizdic, where I spoke on the same topics that we discussed during his recent visit to Montenegro. We need to be together in regional projects. To enable a good possibilities for cooperation between Montenegro and BiH in the field of road and energy infrastructure, and to jointly present these regional projects at the upcoming meeting in Trieste in the framework of the Berlin initiative," said the president.
